摘　　要："读者第一、服务至上"是图书馆工作的最高准则,编目工作应"以人为本,为用而编",满足读者对新书的时效性要求,尽可能多地为读者提供检索点。＂Reader first, service supreme＂ is the highest principle to a school library service. Cataloging work should ＂put people based and catalog for utilization＂, meeting readers＇ demands of the time efficiency to new books, and supplying readers with as retrieval -points as many possible.
