摘　　要：介绍一种锥齿轮装配过程中，修配啮合间隙和啮合宽度的快捷方法．其作法是根据装配关系，测出相关零件或部件的实际尺寸并绘制尺寸链图；根据具体结构选定修配环，通过尺寸链计算确定修配量；修磨后，在保证啮合要求的前提下实施组装定位．A way of promptly repairing mesh interspace and mesh width during the course of assembling bevel gear is introduced.The technique is to survey the actual size of segments and draw the size chain allording to the assembly relation;In accordance with visualizeed constitution the repairative loop is selected and the repairative amount is determined by calculating of the size chain;Then the bevel gear is to be assembled and located after grinding under the condition of ensuring the mesh requirements. [
