摘  要:宁夏盐渍地区混凝土工程(桥基、隧道)腐蚀破坏比较严重,通过现场水质调查分析和综合评价,分析了混凝土腐蚀破坏模式及其机理。针对工程病害以及该地区特殊的地质水文环境,研制了掺有粉煤灰和高效减水剂的双掺耐腐蚀混凝土配方。通过试验确定了的这种混凝土性能优于规范中抗硫酸水泥,并接近高抗硫酸水泥,在保证双掺混凝土抗腐蚀性能的基础上降低了工程成本。同时,对隧道衬砌混凝土常见的开裂、渗漏破坏提出了相应的设计、施工建议,取得了较好的社会和经济效益。Corrosion failure of concrete projects (bridge foundations, tunnels) is rather serious in the salty areas of Ningxia Province. By means of investigation, corrosion failures and mechanism are analyzed and evaluated. The recipe of concrete contained with fly ash and high performance water reducer for the especial geological and hydrographic conditions in this area is made. The performance of this concrete is better than that of the middle class sulfuric acid resisting concrete while close to the performance of the high class sulfuric acid resisting concrete. The concrete of this recipe ensures corrosion resistance performance and meanwhile lower engineering cost. Further some suggestions to the common failure of lining concrete in the tunnel, such as crack and leakage are presented for the design and construction.
