关于RH处理能力及耐火材料寿命的分析

摘　　要：介绍了本钢1号RH的功能及其能力;从RH的时间构成、处理钢种结构及生产组织方式等方面,分析了影响RH能力的因素;提出了RH有效处理炉数和钢种有效处理系数的概念;阐述了在生产组织、质量管理和工艺优化等方面所采取的措施,提高了RH的处理能力和延长了吸嘴寿命。Functions and treatment capability of No 1 RH were introduced. Factors on treatment capability of RH were investigated from time constitute, treated＇steel structure and production organization. Furnace number and coefficient of effective capability were proposed and some methods in field of production organization, quality management and technology optimization were described. Capability of RH and lifetime of suck nozzle are prolonged.
