摘  要:对煤气表检定装置中的表值读数字符识别进行了研究,应用图像处理和模式识别技术来完成煤气表读数识别,设计编制了相应软件。针对煤气表读数滚动变化特点而形成的不同区域字符构成模式,采用不同识别策略与算法。对完整型字符采用结构特征判别法识别,对不完整型字符采用模板匹配法进行识别。Researches of the character recognition technology of gasometer reading value of the gasometer verification equipment are made. The image process and pattern recognition techniques are applied to fulfill the recognition of gasometer reading value, and the relevant software is designed and developed. In view of the different structure pattern in different area of gesometer read- ing value character, different recognition methods and algorithms are adopted for the complete character and the incomplete char- acter. Criterion of structure feature is used for the complete character, and template matching method for the incomplete character. The software has the god result in application,and meet the goal of fastness and accuracy.
