摘　　要：医学科技的发展为人类的健康长寿提供了一定的保障,人体器官移植技术的成功可以挽救濒临死亡的生命。这无疑给人们的生命健康带来了福音。而人体器官移植技术的广泛应用将涉及到死亡标准的改变,人体器官捐赠的法定方式等问题,并且需要防范违背法律及道德规范的非法移植行为。因此,法律必须在人体器官移植领域发挥其规范作用。以使新医学技术的应用真正改善人们的健康与生命质量。The wide application of human organ transplantation technology is related to the change of death criterion and the legal donation of human organs. To avoid illegal and immoral transplantation of human organs, law should play a function of criterion in the of human body transplantation.
