摘　　要：意思表示的构造是民法理论的基本问题之一。应当借助心理学的研究成果来认识其构成。基于此,意思表示的构成要素包括效果意思,行为意思,表示意思,表示行为。此种认识成果,在民法中乃至其他法律中均有重要的意义。The constitution of meaning expression is one of the fundamental problems in the civil law. Research results of psychology should be applied to understand the constitution, according to which the meaning expression includes effect meaning, behavior meaning, expression meaning and expression behavior. This result of cognition plays a very important role in the civil law and other laws.
