摘　　要：简要介绍了如何利用专用接口芯片的方法将数字信号处理(DSP)芯片桥接到外围设备连接(PCI)总线,详细阐述了PCI 2040的基本功能以及利用它来实现TMS320VC5402的PCI总线接口的软硬件设计。This paper briefly introduces how to connect the digital signal processing（DSP） chip to the peripheral component interconnect（PCI） bus by means of the special interface chip, detailedly expounds the basic function of PCI 2040 and the design for software and hardware of the PCI bus interface of TMS320VC5402 by means of PCI 2040.
