摘 要:为快速评估不同构型的可重构加工系统中零件的质量,提出了一种基于误差传递模型的尺寸偏差预测方法。利用CAD和CAPP信息,综合各工位中安装误差和加工误差的影响,建立了串联多级加工系统中零件的尺寸偏差在各工作站间传递的系统级模型。给出了采用3-2-1定位方式中夹具误差、基准误差和随机误差源的关系式。基于偏差传递模型,以加工过程随机参数为输入,采用蒙特卡罗仿真方法得到零件的尺寸偏差。通过实例验证了预测方法的有效性。To efficiently evaluate design reconfigurable machining system performance such as quality,a model--based method was proposed to predict part dimensional variations. The model for serial multi--stage machining systems(MMS) described variations propagation between workstations through synthesizing the setup errors(including fixture error,datum error) and machining errors in each station. As for 3--2--1 locating scheme,the relationship among fixture errors,datum errors,and respective operational variations were expounded. According to CAD and CAPP information of the part,the prediction model was constructed and dimensional variations in MMS (serial, parallel, or hybrid) can be quickly evaluated by Monte Carlo simulation. The application of the prediction method was illustrated with three differently configured machining systems.
