摘  要:安祖花外植体的离体培养显示,在MS+2,4-D 0.1 mg.L-1+NAA0.2 mg.L-1+BA1.0 mg.L-1的培养基愈伤组织诱导率最高,达93.8%.40 d后,将愈伤组织接于MS+BA1.0 mg.L-1的培养基上,45 d后出现芽的分化.再生芽易于生根,将小芽接于MS培养基上壮苗30 d,再接于1/2MS培养基上,30 d后形成完整小植株,移栽成活率达95%以上.High yields of viable cultures of Anthuriurn Andraeanum Lind were obtaind with the use of small explants. The result showed that the MS +2,4-D0.1 mg · L^-1 +NAA0.2 mg· L^-1 +BA1.0 mg· L^-1 medium led to the highest callus inducing rate,which reached 93.8M. After 40 days, the ealli were transferred to the mediums of MS+BA1.0 mg · L^-1 , buds appeared after another 45days. Root was easily formed, buds were transferred to the MS medium to strengthen them for 30d, then these buds were transferred to 1/2MS medium,and the plantlet formed after 1 month. The survival rate was more than 95%.
