摘  要:本实验动态观察了缺锌和缺锌后补锌对大鼠力竭性游泳前后辜丸和血清睾酮、锌水平以及游泳能力的影响。结果显示:缺锌造成大鼠游泳能力大大降低,补锌后明显增加。不论安静时还是力竭性游泳后12小时内,缺锌大鼠的血清和辜丸锌含量均显著低于对照和补锌大鼠。与对照和补锌大鼠相比,缺锌大鼠的血清和睾丸酮含量,安静时均较低,力竭性游泳后也呈现不同程度的降低。缺锌还造成大鼠辜丸重量的明显下降。结果表明,锌营养不良将损害运动能力。In order to approach the mechanisms of zinc deficiency on exercise performance , this study was designed to observe the effect of zinc deficieney on serum zinc and testosterone levels and testic in zinc-deficient ( ZD ) and zinc-replen- ished(ZR)rats before. and after an exhausted swimming The results showed that in ZD rats the development of body weight , body length and tail length were retarded . The exhausted duration taken by ZD rats was much shorter than those by ZR and controls . Serum and testis zinc contents in ZD rats decreased significandy both at rest and within 12 hours af ter swimming compared with other groups . The serum and testes testosterone levels in ZD rats decreaed significantly at rest , and they had different reductions within 12 hours after swimming , compared with those in ZR and controls . The re- sults indicated that zinc deficiency can aeriously affect exercise capacity and testosterone synthesis . The serum testos- terone and zinc levels can be effected by nutdtionaJ status of zinc .
