脂肪乳与多普勒信号定量关系的体外模拟实验研究

摘  要:将20%脂肪乳稀释成不同浓度进行体外模拟血流实验,用多普勒血流仪探测其脉冲多普勒频谱信号,以探讨脂乳浓度与多普勒信号灰度间的定量关系。结果显示:多普勒信号灰度随脂肪乳浓度升高而升高,两者间呈良好的相关性(r=0.994)。从而证实了脂肪乳颗粒能作为一种超声散射源,增强循环多普勒信号。In order to study the quantitative relationship between fat emulsion concentrations and Doppler signal intensity, we detected pulsed Doppler flow spectrum of different fat emulsion concentrations. The results showed that Doppler signal intensity significantly enhanced by increase of fat emulsion concentration, good correlation was obtained between fat emulsion concentration with Doppler signal intensity (r=0. 994). The study suggests that fat emulsion particles can be used as markers of the blood pool and enhance Doppler signal from vessels.
