几种染色掺假中药的化工染料鉴定

摘　　要：目的:鉴定蒲黄、黄芩、红花、制何首乌、丹参染色掺假品中的化工染料。方法:化学法、TLC 法、HPLC-DAD 和 HPLC-MS 法。结果:染色蒲黄、黄芩中检出金胺 O,染色红花中检出金橙Ⅱ,染色制何首乌和丹参中分别检出铁黑和铁红。结论:30多批样品掺有化工染料,且掺入的化工染料对人体有害。Objective ：To identify the dyes in the adulteration of Pollen Typhae, Radix Scutellariae, Flos Carthami, Radix Polygoni Multiflori Praeparata Cum Succo Glycines Sotae and Radix et Rhizoma Salviae Miltiorrhizae. Methods： Chemical, TLC, HPLC - DAD and HPLC - MS. Results： Auramine O was discovered in the adulteration of Pollen Typhae and Radix Scutellariae, orange Ⅱ in Flos Carthami, iron oxide black in Radix Polygoni Multiflori Praeparata Cum Succo Glycines Sotae and iron oxide red in Radix et Rhizoma Salviae Mihiorrhizae,respectively. Condusion：30 batches samples are proved adulterating with dyes, and this dyes are harmful.
