Rastelli手术治疗合并室间隔缺损和肺动脉狭窄的完全性大动脉转位2例

摘　　要：目的 报告应用解剖矫正术治疗合并心室间隔缺损和肺动脉狭窄的完全性大动脉转位。方法 采用Rastelli术对15岁和17岁2例完全性大动脉转位合并心室间隔缺损和肺动脉狭窄患者，进行解剖矫正。采用涤纶片做心内隧道，年颈静脉带瓣管道做心外管道。结果 术后无死亡。随访2—5个月，疗效满意。结论 Rastelli术解剖矫正完全性大动脉转位合并心室间隔缺损和肺动脉狭窄，可获得满意的效果。Objective To report anatomic correction of the transposition of great artery with ventrieular septal defect and pulmonary stenosis. Methods There were two patients with transposition of great arteries with ventrieular septal defect and pulmonary stenosis. They were 15 years and 17 years. All patients received Rastelli procedure. Intracardiae conduits with polyester fibre and extracardiac valved conduits with the bovine jugular vein valved were used. Results There was no death after operation. They were followed up for a period of 2 - 5 months, curative effect was satisfied. Conclusion Using Rastelli procedure to correct transposition of great artery with ventrieular septal defect and pulmonary stenosis could get satisfying operative results.
