摘　　要：氧探头是可控气氛热处理控制碳势的主要手段。用氧探头控制碳势具有响应时间短、控制精度高、维护简单等优点。正确使用氧探头、及时处理所发生的问题是精确控制碳势的关键。Oxygen probe is an essential means for the control of carbon potential of the controlled atmosphere heat treatment. The control of carbon potential with the oxygen probe has the advantages of fast response, high control accuracy, simple maintenance and so forth. The key to acuurately control carbon potential lies in the proper use of the oxygen probe and the timely elimination of trouble.
