油价波动对湖南经济发展的影响及对策研究

摘　　要：湖南在加快推进新型工业化进程中,高耗能产业比重过大,能源利用效率低,这使得油价波动对该省的影响日趋凸现。本文在探析湖南能源消费现状的基础上,依据该省的石化产业链分析了油价波动对该省的价格传导途径,同时细致研究了油价波动对相关产业的影响。文章最后从油价波动预警机制与风险防范体系建设两个方面提出应对策略。Hunan is in the progress of pursuer to the new industrialization, the specific gravity of high energy-consuming industry is too much, and the energy efficiency is too low, which shows the impacts of global oil price fluctuations greatly on Hunan economics. Based on the present situation of energy consumption of Hunan, this paper analyzes how the oil fluctuations impacts on Hunan＇s oil price according to the industry chain of petrochemical industry, meanwhile, it researches on the impaction to the related industry of oil price fluctuations. At last, the paper gives strategies of Hunan from pre-warning of oil price fluctuations and anti-risk management.
