摘  要:2002年3月至2003年2月对厦门海域集美、同安两地养殖区中的经济贝类麻痹性贝毒素进行了检测.分析结果表明,厦门海域沿岸贝类中肠腺麻痹性毒素(PSP)为1.79~2.22 MU/g,低于国际标准20 MU/g.在不同养殖区中,采样期的总检出率为7.54%,集美地区的检出率为9.09%,同安地区的检出率为5.00%.集美的主要染毒种类是菲律宾蛤仔,同安的主要染毒种类是僧帽牡蛎.染毒季节大多集中在2002年3~6月间.The shellfishes from Jimei and Tong'an aquaculture zones of Xiamen's sea area were collected from March 2002 to May 2003 and the paralytic shellfish poison (PSP) was detected . The result showed that the total detected PSP in the commercial shellfish in Xiamen was 1.79 - 1.91 MU/g visceral and the toxicity was lower than the international standard (20 MU/g visceral). The total rate of determination of PSP was 7.54 % in Xiamen's sea area. The rate determination of PSP was 9.09 % in Jimei, and the other was 5.00 % in Tong'an. Ruditapes phillippinenrum was often the toxic organism in Jimei. Ostrea cucullate was the main contaminated species in Tong'an. Most contamination took place from March to June in 2002.
