三联式空调系统定吸气压力下的运行特性研究

摘  要:对三联式空调系统在定吸气压力下的运行特性进行考察.当系统的运行工况发生变化时,利用压缩机转速的调节以保持吸气压力的一定.通过研究发现,即使在吸气压力保持一定下,三联式空调系统仍不能简单地视为各室内机的蒸发器面积和膨胀阀开度的简单叠加;若同时保持吸气过热度一定,则三联式系统内两单机的膨胀阀开度、制冷剂质流量、制冷量呈现出抛物线的依变关系;但是吸气压力的保持一定可起到杜绝系统中各单机之间的相互影响,能确保各单机实现独立调节.The performance under the fixed suction pressure for a triple-evaporator air conditioning system (AC) was studied. The compressor speed was regulated to keep the suction pressure constant when the operating conditions were changed. From the study it was found that the triple-evaporator AC can not be regarded as the simple summation of heat exchanging surface of indoor coils and the opening of expansion valves even if the suction pressure was kept constant. With the suction superheat kept constant meantime, the valve opening, refrigerant mass flow rates and the cooling capacity between two individual units exhibit a parabola relationship. However, fixing suction pressure can eliminate the interaction among different units and therefore aid to realize the independent control of individual units.
