摘　　要：随着我国法制建设的不断推进,作为法学基础课程的《外国法制史》也面临一系列挑战,在开设该课程的学校不断增多的同时,许多学校的课时在压缩。如何在有限的课时内提高学生的学习兴趣,使其掌握更多的知识,为部门法的学习奠定基础,成为该课程讲授中面临的主要课题。《外国法制史》的教学改革势在必行。With the continual propelling of the construction of legal system in China, A History of the Foreign Legal System, as a basic course for the jurists, is also faced with a series of challenges. With an increasing number of universities adding it as a basic course, many universities reduced their credit hours of this course. How to kindle the students＇ interests in such limited time, hence enable them to master the knowledge and pave the way for the further learning of Department Law have become a crucial problem in this course. The teaching reform of A History of Foreign Legal System is a must.＇
