摘　　要：USB总线具有高速传输、热插拔、即插即用等特点,已经得到越来越广泛的应用。本文以C8051F020与USB100模块为核心,设计了一个通用测试仪器的软硬件。文中首先简要介绍了C8051F020的特点,然后给出了USB100模块的引脚定义和使用方法,并制定了上下位机的通信协议,最后给出了下位机流程图以及主要源程序。该测试仪已经投入实际运行,效果良好。Universal Serial Bus has many virtues such as high-speed transmission, insert and draw with electricity, play-and-plug, it has been more and more extensively used, Based on C8051F020 and USB100 module, the paper designed a universal testing instrument, including of software and hardware, The paper firstly introduced property of C8051F020, then described pins definitions and usages of usbl00 module, stipulated communication protocol of master and slave computer, The paper also provided flow chart and key programs of slave computer, The instrument has been successfully applied.
