利用DPVBi阻挡和发光特性制作的白光器件

摘  要:本文利用DPVBi的空穴阻挡特性和发光特性制作了一个白光器件。器件结构为:ITO/2T-NATA(20nm)/NPB(5nm)/DPVBi(11nm)/Rubrene(0.5nm)/DPVBi(19nm)/Alq3(50nm)/LiF(0.5nm)/Al。该器件采用了两个DPVBi层中间夹一个Rubrene的薄层,这种结构充分利用了DPVBi的空穴阻挡特性和发光特性,有力的平衡了来自于DPVBi的蓝光,Alq3的绿光和Rubrene的黄光,从而使器件发出性能较好的白光。在电压为13V时,器件的最大亮度达到22210cd/m2,对应的效率为1.97cd/A,色坐标为(0.31,0.34),属于白光发射。而当电压为6V时,其最大效率达到3.05cd/A。The hole-blocking characteristics and luminescent properties of organic light emitting materials DPVBi were discussed. The OLEDs were demonstrated with the structure of IWO/2T-NATA (20nm)/NPB (5nm)/DPVBi (1 lnm)/Rubrene (0.5nm)/DPVBi(19nm)/Alq3 (50nm)/LiF (0.5nm)/A1. We design the structure with a thin Rubrene layer which inserted between the two DPVBis. It can balance the blue emission of DPVBi, green emission of Alq3 and the yellow emission of Rubrene in order to obtain the white emission. For the OLED with CIE coordinates x = 0.33, y = 0. 34, the maximum luminance and its corresponding efficiency under voltage of 13V are 22210cd/m2 and 1.97cd/A, respectively. In addition, the maximum efficiency of the device is 3.05cd/A under voltage of 6V.
