摘　　要：学术期刊编辑学者化近年来似乎已经成为一种共识。而作为学术期刊的一个重要组成部分——学报,编辑是否应该学者化还有待探讨。实际上,高校学报的综合性特征、工作特点以及信息时代编辑的工作特点客观上都要求学报编辑应该编辑化,即实现编辑工作的专业化。Editor being scholar of academic publication has reached agreement. However, leamed journal, as one of the important components, it still a controversial issue whether its editor should be scholarized. It is deeply discussed that the comprehensiveness, working features of learned journal of higher colleges and editor＇s traits in information times require that editor of journal should be editorized practically in this paper.
