应用无菌石蜡油减轻男性导尿患者拔管时疼痛的观察

摘　　要：目的探讨无菌石蜡油用于减轻男性导尿患者拔导尿管时疼痛的效果。方法将81例留置导尿的男性患者以抽签方法分为观察组和对照组,观察组经尿道口滴入无菌石蜡油后拔导尿管,对照组按常规方法拔导尿管。拔管后应用疼痛标尺对拔管时患者疼痛程度进行分级,数据行x2CMH检验。结果两组患者拔管时疼痛程度比较,x2CMH=19.1925,P<0.01。结论男性导尿患者拔管前经尿道口滴入无菌石蜡油可减轻拔管时的疼痛。Objective To study the effect of aseptic paraffin oil in relieving pain of withdrawing Foley＇s catheter for male patients. Method 81 indwelling catheter male patients were divided into an observation group and control group randomly. Observation group used paraffin oil when removing Foley＇s catheter while control group removed Foley＇s catheter in routine way. Classify the patients＇ pain by PainRuler and use Chi - square test. Results The comparison of pain level in the two groups, χ^2CMH= 19.1925, P 〈 0.01. Conclusion Paraffin oil can relieve the pain of withdrawing Foley＇s catheter for male patients.
