摘　　要：目的：建立以高效液相色谱法同时测定鼻可灵喷雾剂中3组分含量的方法。方法：色谱柱为Hypersil ODS，流动相为0．1％三乙胺（磷酸调pH至3．2）-乙腈（75：25），流速为1mL·min^-1，检测波长为256nm，进样量为10μL。结果：氧氟沙星、盐酸麻黄碱、地塞米松磷酸钠检测浓度的线性范围分别为32～320（r=0．9999）、64～640（r=1．0000）、4～40（r=1．0000）μg·mL^-1；平均回收率分别为100．05％、100．17％、99．85％，RSD分别为0．32％、0．48％、1．67％。结论：本方法简便、准确，可用于该制剂的质量控制。OBJECTIVE： To establish a HPLC method for the simultaneously determination of three components in Bikeling nasal spray. METHODS： The column we used was Hypersil ODS and the mobile phase was 0.1%mtriethylamine（adjust pH3.2 with phosphate acid） -acetonitrile （75 ： 25） . The detective wavelength was 256nm and the sample size was 10μL. RESULTS： The linear rangs of ofloxacin, ephedrine hydrochloride and dexamethasone sodium phosphate were 32～320μg · mL^-1（r = 0.999 9）,64～640μg · mL^-1（r = 1.000 0） and 4～40μg · mL^-1（r = 1.000 0）respectively, and the average recoveries were 100.05% （RSD = 0.32% ）, 100.17% （RSD = 0.48% ） and 99.85% （RSD = 1.67% ）, respectively. CONCLUSION： The method was simple and accurate and can be used for the quality control of Bikeling nasal spray .
