摘　　要：目的:进一步规范医院药房的口服处方药标签。方法:以药品说明书为依据,制作口服处方药标签。结果与结论:新口服处方药标签内容丰富、明确,药学人员在减少发药差错的同时,还能提供药物的相关信息,开展合理用药与药学服务,对促进安全、有效、合理用药起到了积极的作用。OBJECTIVE： To further standardize oral prescription drug labels in hospital pharmacy. METHODS： The prescription drug labels were specially made based on drug package inserts. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSIONS： The new oral prescription drug labels contain more information in which drug usage has been clearly identified thus helpful for pharmacists to reduce dispensing errors, the related information of medicines are available. Carrying out rational drug use and pharmaceutical care services plays a key role for the safe, effective and rational drug use.
