南阳市1954—2006年流行性乙型脑炎流行病学分析

摘　　要：目的了解南阳市流行性乙型脑炎的流行情况,为制定乙脑预防控制措施提供依据。方法采用Excel软件进行描述流行病学分析。结果南阳市乙脑发病呈现明显的季节变化,发病以小年龄组为主。1990年以前每8～10年发生一次较大流行,1991年以来乙脑发病总体呈明显下降趋势。结论提高乙脑疫苗接种率,加强乙脑病例的主动监测,提高血清学检测率以提高乙脑诊断的符合率,是进一步降低乙脑发病率的关键。Objective To investigate the occurrence of epidemic encephalitis type B in Nanyang city in order to provide measures for the disease prevention and control. Methods Descriptive epidemiological analysis was performed. Data were analyzed using Microsoft Excel. Results An obvious seasonal variation of encephalitis B was observed. The occurrence was mainly found in the young age group. Before 1990, the outbreak occurred at a interval of about 8 to 10 years, and the incidence was decreasing since 1991. Conclusion Increasing the rate of vaccination, strengthening of the monitoring program, and improving the serological are the preventive measures to reduce the incidence of encephalitis B.
