摘　　要：通过分析德阳制造业专利现状,提出把德阳建成以重大成套技术装备和现代装备为特色的中国重要的装备制造业基地,大力增强企业自主专利的拥有量,提高德阳装备制造业的技术创新能力、区域配套能力和核心竞争能力。Based on analyzing the current situation this paper puts forward specific plan and thoughts to of patent in the manufacturing industry in Deyang, establish patent stratagem. In order to build Deyang as an important equipment manufacturing base, it should increase the quantity of self patent possession and enhance technology innovation of equipment manufacturing industry in Deyang. It should also improve technical innovation ability, regional matching ability and core competition ability of manufacturing industry in Deyang.
