摘 要:针对低速旋转机械故障诊断难题,文中以高频应力波信号为特征参量,采集低速滚动轴承机械故障信号。根据故障应力波信号的特点,通过对几种小波基函数进行比较筛选,选择Db10(Daubechies10)小波对信号进行分析。用Db10小波函数对故障应力波信号进行多尺度分解,同时将分解变换后的各尺度能量进行比较,进行信号重构。结果表明,应用小波分析很好地消除了故障应力波信号中背景噪声的影响,成功提取了故障特征频率。Against the difficulty of the fault diagnosis for low-speed rotating machinery, a new method of detecting the early stages of the loss of mechanical integrity in low-speed machinery was presented and the properties of the SW(stress wave) and its transmission law in low speed rotating machinery were studied. According to the characters of the fault stress waves, Db10(Daubechies 10) was selected to analyze the signals through the comparison of several mother wavelet. Multi-scaled decomposition and reconstruction were carfled out in the analysis. The feature frequency of fault stress waves was extracted successfully finally.
