摘  要:本文采用体内给药的方法,研究了雷公藤中抗生育有效化合物T4、T7在抗生育剂量下,对SD雄性大鼠生殖细胞染色体畸变率和微核形成的影响。大鼠口服T4抗生育剂量为每日80μg/kg,T7为317μg/kg,10周后制片分析,并与对照组比较,发现染色体畸变平均值各组之间的差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05),各组之间的生精细胞微核出现率也无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结果表明,雷公藤中抗生育有效成分T4、T7单体对大鼠精原细胞染色体的细胞遗传学效应和生精细胞微核发生率的影响结果是一致的,也提示抗生育剂量的T4和T7无明显的诱变作用。由于T7的各项指标更接近对照组,我们认为T7优于T4。The present study was to investigate the effects of antifertility doses of T 4 and T 7 on the occurrence of chromosome aberration and micronuclei formation in spermatogenic cells of male SD rats. The rats were given orally either T 4 80 μg/kg·d -1 or T 7 317 μg/kg·d -1 for 10 weeks. After that the chromosome aberration and micronuclei rates were examined and compared with those of the control group. It was shown that there were no significant difference in these parameters between the two groups and between either group and the control ( P >0.05). However the data of T 7 were closer to those of the control. Results suggested that both T 4 and T 7 did not damage the genetic material, while T 7 might be better than T 4 in this respect.
