摘　　要：张闻天根据土地改革完成后的东北农村实际和农民的觉悟程度,提出了新民主主义农村经济发展的目标,科学分析了农村经济的构成并制定出相应政策,极大地丰富和发展了中国共产党新民主主义经济建设理论,对我们今天社会主义新农村建设仍有重要借鉴意义。Based on the reality of the northeast China countryside and the degree of the farmers＇ consciousness, ZHANG Wen-tian put forward the objective of developing the countryside economy in the New Democratism Period. He scientifically analyzed the formation of the countryside economy and constituted the corresponding policy, which has greatly enriched and developed the theory of Chinese Communist Party＇ s economy construction in the New Democratism Period and is of reference value to today＇ s socialist new countryside construction
