摘　　要：执政意识就是执政党的主体角色意识,是合目的性(民主执政)自觉与合规律性(科学执政)自觉的统一,是作为执政主体的执政党积极探寻执政规律、正确运用执政工具、主动践行客体社会公共尺度从而构建和谐稳定执政系统结构的自觉。同时,要从主体性角度理解执政意识的内涵,摈弃自发的"执政意识",确立具有自觉性、自主性、自为性和创造性的现代执政意识。The reign consciousness is the main-body role consciousness of the ruling party, and it is the self-conscious unification of purpose （ democratic reign） and objective law （ scientific reign） ; it is the self-consciousness for the ruling part to seek the right reign law positively, to execute the government power correctly, to carry out the social public yardstick for the object so as to construct the harmonious and stable reign systems. Meanwhile, we should understand the connotation of the reign consciousness from the point of view of main-body, reject the spontaneous ＂reign consciousness＂, and establish the modern reign consciousness with self-consciousness, self-determination, self-behavior and creativity.
