摘　　要：中国将进入应对老龄化关键时期。重庆的养老问题日趋突出。社会化养老是大势所趋。在"新特区"成立之际开发田园养老小镇是顺利推进养老社会化的重要途径。China is facing the crucial time of dealing with the ageing. Taking care of the Old is emeraging important social task for Chongqing. It is a soeial trend for the whole society to take care of the elders. Developing the rustle town for the old people is a major approach to promnoting the social system of taking care of the elders.
