摘  要:通过对一串红2个品种的多种外植体的组培研究,表明不同外植体在分化上存在很大差异,且愈伤组织的进一步分化难度较大。在不定芽分化中,以顶端生长点受到破坏的小茎尖的分化效果最好,两个品种均可获得较高的分化率和得到数量较多的不定芽;用子叶节进行培养,只有品种"幸运"能得到大量丛生芽,但分化率低,而品种"展望"则不分化。不同激素种类、品种类型对一串红壮苗效果存在显著差异。生根中以使用低浓度IBA、NAA混合物比用NAA、6-BA的混合物效果要好。蛭石与珍珠岩的不同比例混合物都可取得比较理想的炼苗效果,且以2份蛭石与1份珍珠岩的混合物炼苗效果最好。In order to study the regenerative ability of Salvia splendens, many different explant types of two varieties were adopted. There were great difference among different explants.It's difficult for callus of Salvia splendens to proliferate. During proliferating, more adventitious buds could be got from two varieties′ apical segments which some apical ceils were destructed. Although the cotyledonary node could proliferate more buds, the ratio of differentiation was lower than apical segment, and only “ xingyun”variety could got . There was notable difference in the cotyledonary node regenerative ability of two varieties. The effect of 6-BA and NAA on promoting young plants to be strong was studied. It showed different hormone mix had different effects on the two varieties. The lower concentration of NAA and IBA mix had better effect on rooting than NAA and 6-BA mix. The different mixture ratio of vermiculite and perlite was good for young plants to live. Two vermiculite and one perlite was best for young plants to live.
