摘　　要：随着网络技术的发展,网络答疑系统在网络教学中起着十分重要的作用。在分析目前的一些答疑系统的基础上,提出了一个比较全面的答疑系统模型,并对系统进行了功能模块的划分和详细分析。该系统充分结合学科知识库和FAQ库,灵活采用多种形式进行答疑;最后在.NET下使用流行的网络开发技术,实现了系统的主要功能,同时对一些关键技术进行了介绍。With the development of the network technology, the important role in e-learning. Based on analysing some question answering system based on network plays systems at present, the paper puts up forward a completely model of question answering system, and divides the system into several function modules and analyses them. This system combines course knowledge library and FAQ library, and flexibly adopts some methods to answer questions. Finally main function of the system is implemented with popular network development technique under . NET, and it introduces some key techniques.
