摘 要:针对扫描架典型件旋臂的机械结构特点、载荷状态及允许变形角度等,结合大型紧缩场性能检测系统工作原理和方法,从工程实际出发,对大型扫描架结构关键件旋臂进行结构参数对平面度影响的灵敏度分析和结构动态性能分析等,得到旋臂的各阶固有频率和振型,为动力修改和再设计提供理论依据.综合分析得知,提高旋臂结构的比刚度并回避低阶共振,可达到要求的测试精度.Arm at mechanical structure, load state and rigidity distortion, electrical performance testing system, principle and method for large compact range(CR) were combined. Scheme selection, sensitive degree analysis of the influence of structure parameter to plane degree and dynamic analysis are made for the system from point of view of structure, during engineering measurement, the inherent frequency and flap of libration on main arm were determined. And providing basis for dynamical reconstruction and design. According to general analysis, it is provided that increasing the rigidity quality ratio of frame arm structure and obviating the low rank resonance can obtain the need precision.
