摘　　要：6-羟基-2(1H)-喹啉酮是心血管和降压药物的重要中间体.设计合成了一种在[Bmim]AlCl4离子液体中合成6-羟基-2-(1H)-喹啉酮的新方法;研究了离子液体中6-羟基-2(1H)-喹啉酮母体环上羰基、氨基和不饱和键部位的化学反应.此法后处理简便,收率高,是一种环境友好的绿色化学合成技术.6-Hydroxy-2（1H）-quinolin-2-one is an important pharmaceutical intermediate for antihypertension and cardiovascular drugs. It could be synthesized in the ionic liquid of [Bmim]AlCl4 and its esterification and allylation might occur with chloroformate or allyl chlorides in [Bmim] [BF4]. The new procedure for preparing 6-hydroxy-2（1H）-quinolin-2-one has the advantages of good yield, simple operation and environmental benignity.
