N-硝基-2,4,6-三硝基苯基脲的合成及生物活性研究

摘　　要：在甲苯溶液中,将N-硝基-2,4,6-三硝基苯胺与固体光气反应,得到酰氯中间体,该中间体无需分离,然后直接与其它取代苯胺反应合成了13个未见文献报道的N-硝基-2,4,6-三硝基苯基脲类化合物,其结构经1HNMR,IR,MS和元素分析确证.初步测试结果表明:当浓度为500mg/L时,部分化合物具有较好的抑制稗草生长活性.N-Nitro-2,4,6-trinitroaniline reacted with bis（trichloromethyl） carbonate in toluene produced carbamoyl chloride. Treatment of the chloride, without any further purification, with substituted anilines gave thirteen novel N-nitro-N-（2,4,6-trinitrophenyl） urea derivatives. Their structures were confirmed by ^1H NMR, IR, MS spectra and elemental analysis. Preliminary biological tests show that some of these target compounds have good herbicidal activities against Echinochloa crusgalli beauv L at the concentration of 500 mg/L.
