摘  要:为了比较方便地获得磁芯材料的可靠损耗数据,本文建立了一套基于数字示波器的高频磁芯材料损耗测试系统,它无需昂贵的测量仪器和设备,具有方便、快捷、可多次重复测量的特点,同时它可适用于正弦波或矩形波信号激磁的测量。相角误差是影响此系统测量精度的重要因素。为控制测量误差不超过允许范围,除选择寄生参数小的测量器件外,还可先确定一个相角可行域以控制测量误差不超过允许范围。本系统测量结果和量热法损耗测量结果进行了比较,结果表明,本系统具有可靠的测量精度,可以满足工程需要。In order to acquire reliable core loss data for power electronic high-frequency components, a set of high-frequency core loss measuring system based on digital oscilloscope was established in this paper. It was convenient and applicable to sine or rectangular wave excitation. Phase angle error in the system was the main concern to reduce measurement error. Devices with less parasitical parameters should be selected. In addition, a feasible scope of phase angle could be determined to ensure the measurement error would not exceed permission. Measurement results based on this system were compared with results from calorimetric method. It could verify that the system in the paper has reliable measurement accuracy to satisfy engineering need.
