基于SWOT分析的龙泉国家森林公园旅游开发研究

摘　　要：森林旅游是国际上正在普及的一种有利于保护生态环境的旅游方式，是广义生态旅游的一种具体形式，文章介绍并使用SWOT分析方法，按SWOT分析法的要求和步骤进行实证研究，指出了龙泉国家森林公园既有资源、区位等方面的优势，又有资金、管理、营销、服务等方面劣势，既有市场和政策多方面的发展机遇，又面临各种威胁与挑战，并构建了SWOT矩阵，从WO、SO、WT、ST四个组合条件下提出了相应的策略建议，旨在将SWOT分析法正确地应用于旅游研究中，为龙泉国家森林公园开发建设奠定理论基础。Forest Recreation, as an idiographie eco -tourism fashion, has been prevailing internationally which is beneficial for protecting eco - environment. By introducing and using the method of SWOT, taking Long - Quan National Forestry Park as an example, the author analyses the advantage of resource and position, and the disadvantage of capital, management, marketing and service, the opportunity of market and policy, and various potential threats and challenges about Long - Quan National Forestry Park according to the process and request of SWOT theory, what＇s more, the author based on the construction of the SWOT matrix , puts forward relevant strategies and suggestions from four assembled conditions of WO, SO, WT, ST. The case study is aiming at establishing the theoretical foundations for the tourism development of Long - Quan National Forestry Park by correct application of the SWOT analytical method.
