旅游安全与旅游者心理安全需要的分析研究

摘　　要：随着旅游业向大众化的普及和发展，旅游安全也日趋成为旅游者关注的焦点问题之一。这些存在于旅游活动中各个环节的各种各样的旅游安全问题已成为一个防不胜防的安全隐患并直接对各旅游目的地的形象、旅行社产品的完美、旅游者的旅游决策行为、人身安全、身心健康等产生极其消极的影响。分析旅游活动中存在的这些安全隐患和旅游者在旅游活动各环节中不同的安全心理需要是十分有必要的，它将使各旅游企业充分意识到旅游活动中安全问题的重要性以及旅游安全问题所带来的负面影响，从而高度重视旅游活动中各环节的安全问题，加强旅游安全的防范工作，为充分把握旅游者的安全心理需要、旅游决策行为提供一定的理论依据和参考、建议。With more and more popular development of mass tourism, tour safety becomes one of tourists＇ great focuses. While traveling at present, tourists have to face various potential risks and dangers, which have direct neg-ative impacts on the image of tour destination, the products of travel agencies, the tourists＇ decision - making, their personal safety and well- being. This paper intends to analyze the existing potential travel risks and tourists＇ tour security needs with a view to arouse people＇s attention to the safe issues and to prevent the hidden dangers in the travel. In order to satisfy tourist＇ security mental needs, it also puts forward some theoretical suggestions and references to the tourist decision -making.
