摘 要:作者对机械压汽蒸馏海水淡化系统进行了实验研究。实验系统主要由蒸发-冷凝器、压缩机和预热器组成,其核心部件为蒸发-冷凝器。系统的蒸发-冷凝器是由85根铜管构成的立式热交换器,离心压缩机的电机功率为1.1kW,预热器由两个面积分别为2.2m2和3.6m2的板式换热器构成,分别用于回收冷凝水和浓盐水的显热以预热海水。通过实验研究了蒸发温度、盐水浓度等主要参数对淡水产量的影响和单位电能的产水量。实验结果表明最佳工况下淡水的总能耗为16.6kWh/m3。The mechanical vopor compression seawater desalination was studied experimentally. The experimental system consists of evaporation-con- denser, compressor and preheater with evaporation-preheater as core component. The evaporation-preheater is a vertical heat exchanger composed of 85 copper tubes. The motor power of centrifugal compressor is 1. I kW .The preheater consists of two plate-type heat exchangers with areas of 2,2 m^2 and 3.6 m^2 respectively and are used to recovering condensing water and saline to preheat seawater. Through the experiment, the effect of evaporation tern- perature, saline temperature etc. main parameters on fresh water ou^ut and the fresh water ou^ut each unit electric energy was studied experimentally. The results showed that the total energy consumption each m^3 fresh water under the optimal working condition was 16.6kWh.
