摘  要:目的 探讨表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)及p21WAF1蛋白在尖锐湿疣(CA)发病机制中的作用以及两者的对应关系。方法 采用免疫组化SP法检测60例CA(外阴CA和宫颈CA各30例)皮损中EGFR和p21WAF1的原位表达,并以15例健康男性正常包皮组织及15例女性正常宫颈组织作为对照。结果 CA组和对照组EGFR表达阳性率差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),但CA组EGFR过度表达率显著高于对照组(P=0.000);p21WAF1阳性表达率CA组低于对照组(P〈0.05),CA组中EGFR与p21WAF1表达负相关(r=-0.963,P〈0.01)。结论 EGFR与p21WAF1表达缺失与CA的发病机制有关。Objective To investigation the expression of EGFR and p21WAF1 oncoprotein and their relationship and effects in patho- genesis of condyloma acuminatum (CA). Method The expression of EGFR and p21WAF1 in situ in the lesions of 60 CA patients (30 vulva CA and 30 cervical CA ) were examined by immunohistoehemical assay. 15 normal prepuce tissues and 15 normal cervical specimens were treated as control. Result There was no difference in positive incidence between the two groups for EGFR expression ( P 〉 0. 05 ). The rate of overexpression of EGFR in the CA group were significantly higher than that in the control group ( P = 0. 000, Fisher probabilities). Positive incidence of p21WAF1 in the CA group was lower than that in the control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Incidence of absent expression of p21^WAF1 in the CA was significantly higher than that inthe control group ( X2 = 40. 26, P 〈 0. 001 ). Negative correlation was found between the expression of EGFR and p21wart in CA group ( r = -0. 963, P 〈0. 01 ). There were no significant correlation between the different size of condyloma and the expression of EGFR or p21^WAF1 oncoprotein ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion High expression of EGFR and absent expression of p21^WAF1 in CA epithelium may io.volve in the pathogenesis of CA.
