摘　　要：对214名黄麻纺织女工作肺通气功能测定结果显示，麻纺女工有较明显的急性肺功能损害，班后FEV1.0，FEV1．0％和MMEF明显低于班前（分别P＜0．01，0．05和0．05），但慢性肺功能损害则不明显，认为可能主要跟调查对象的接尘工龄较短（平均6．38年）有关．Pulmonary ventilatory function off 214 female jute-textile workers were stidied. the results showed that acute respiratory impairment was statistically significant in the jute-exposed workers. The workers were significantly lower in FEV1.0,FEV1.1% and MMEF at the end of a work shift than those prior to the shift(P<0. 01,or 0. 05). However,chronic pulmonary function impairmentt was not seen in those workers. it might be the reason that the duration of dust-exposure in those workers was too short
