摘 要:目的了解西安市社区卫生服务机构人力资源配置情况和运行现状。方法采用书面问卷调查方式。选取西安市6个城区350家社区卫生服务机构进行人力资源现状调查与分析。结景西安市6个城区350家社区卫生服务站共有3,861个从业人员,其中卫生人员占82.08%,医护比例为1:0.74。西安市6个城区社区卫生服务机构人力资源已有一定数量和规模,但是卫生人员业务素质仍偏低,医生和护士在学历、职称结构上也不够合理,社区医生接受全科培训率较低。不同城区人员配置存在一定差异。结论西安市6个城区社区卫生服务机构的人力建设需要进一步加强,应该适度扩大人力规模,均衡发展各城区人力资源,规范社区卫生服务机构人力资源培训。Objective To know the situation of human resources in community health service in six city propers of Xi' an. Methods The data of 350 community health service institutions in six city propers of Xi ' an were collected by using questionire filled by the institutions. Results In six city propers of Xi'an, there are 350 community health service institutions and totally 3861 staff, The health personnel is accounted of 82.08 %, and the doctor nurse ratio is 1 : 0.74. The personnel troops in community health service in six city propers of Xi' an have begun to take shape but are still insufficient. The structure of human resources is not reasonable, the profession diathesis of the personnel is quite low, and the training for general practice medicine is lagged. Meanwhile, the differences among different city propers are obvious. Conclusion The structure of human resources in six city propers of Xi ' an need to be improved. The quantity of human resources needs to be increased moderately, human resources in different city propers should be developed in balance, and human resources training in community health service institutions should be strengthened.
