摘　　要：本次调查搜集了自96年上海及小陆家嘴地区开发至今的相关经济数据以及该地区的城市建设数据,通过对经济发展数据、城市开发强度等建设程度的数据分析,研究城市的经济发展与城市建设的相互关联,并通过对这种关联性探索,谈谈未来该地区城市建设的导向的个人见解。In this investigation, collected economic data from when Shanghai and Lujia Zui been developed in 1996, and the information of urban construction. Through analyzing the data as rate of economic development, intensity of city construction,and so on, to study the relationship of urban economy and construction. And to treat of the tendency of Lujia Zui construction by studing this connection.
