健康测量量表SF-36应用于2型糖尿病患者的信度和效度评价

摘　　要：目的评价健康测量量表SF-36应用于中国2型糖尿病患者生活质量测量的效度和信度。方法应用SF-36量表对216位2型糖尿病患者进行测试,计算该量表的重测信度、内部一致性信度和结构效度、效标效度等。结果SF-36重测信度为0.965～0.986,Cronbach's α系数为0.8621～0.9557。因子分析显示SF-36的结构效度良好,与DMQLS的效标效度为0.328～0.766。结论SF-36具有较好的效度和信度,可用于2型糖尿病患者的生命质量评价。[Objective ] To evaluate reliability and validity of SF-36 in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus, [Methods] 216 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were investigated by SF-36 by face to face interview. The tests of reliability, internal consistency, construction validity and concurrent validity were examined based on patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. [Results] The test of reliability ranged from 0.965 to 0.986. The Cronbach＇s Alpha coeflqcient ranged from 0.8621 to 0.9557. The results of factor analysis showed satisfactory construction validity. The correlation with DMQLS ranged from 0.328 to 0.766. [Conclusion] SF-36 attained satisfactory reliability and validity. It can be used to test the quality of life Of patients with type 2 diabetic patients.
