摘　　要：目的探讨湖南地区胸骨旁淋巴结解剖特点。方法对30具成年尸体胸骨旁淋巴结进行解剖学观察。结果胸骨旁淋巴结总数目为(5.57±2.05),其中第一肋间隙数目为(2.90±1.24),第二肋间为(2.10±1.09),第三肋间为(0.57±0.68),第四肋间及以下未见淋巴结。结论胸骨旁淋巴结分布于第一、二、三肋间,以第一、第二肋间为主。其数目有性别差异,女性数目多于男性。[Objective] To study the anatomical characteristics of lymphonodi stemales in Hunan province. [Methods] Thirty adult cadavers were used for the study of lymphonidi stemales. [Results] The total number of lymphonodi stemales was （5.57±2.05） among which the number of lymphonodus in the first second and third spatium intercostale were （2.90±1.24）, （2.10±1.09） and （0.57±0.68） respectively, and there was no lymphonode found below the third spatium intercostale. [Conclusions] Lymphonodi stemales are distributed over the first, second and the third spatium intercostals, with majority in the first spatium intercostale. There is a sex difference in the number of lymphonodi sternales, more in female.
