摘 要:介绍了基于优化调度理论的焦炉作业计划自动编制系统。首先从炼焦工艺出发,建立正常工矿焦炉作业计划的数学模型,编制出焦炉作业计划方案。针对焦炉生产经常遇到的乱笺、事故和病号炉等异常情况,采用最短路径的Dijkstr算法来智能处理;并通过仿真对数学模型中的一些加权系数进行了调整,验证了Dijkstra算法能得到最优解。最后用软件实现了焦炉作业计划与优化调度系统,成功的实现了焦炉作业计划的自动科学编排和定时推焦的动态数据刷新。The coke is one of the essential raw materials during the produces of the metallurgy, and the quality of the coke directly affects the quality of the metallurgy product. In order to improve the quality of the coke, this paper has designed an automatically editing system of coke-oven working plan, which is based on the thought of optimization dispatching theory. Based on the craft of the coke, the paper has set up a mathematical model of the coke-oven working plan, and also has planned arrangement of bumnt-eoke plan. For various unusual situations, such as chaotic notepaper, accident and sick oven, proposed with Dijkstra of shortest path algorithm, the intelligent processing has been obtained, through adjusting some weighting coefficients in the mathematical model under the simulation platform. It has proved that Dijkstra al- gorithm can be able to obtain the optimal solution. Finally the system has made the coke-oven working plan edit and log print automatically realized.
