摘　　要：电网及运行信息在电力系统是最为重要的信息,为了随时随地了解调度生产信息和相互沟通,集成短消息、企业即时消息、统一消息平台等技术,研制出即时信息系统。从相应的业务需求分析,到系统规划,介绍了系统具体设计与实现,最后就下一步研究进行了展望。Electric grid and its operation information are the most important in the electric power system. In order to know the product schedule information at anytime and anywhere, short information, enterprise real messages and universal message platform technologies are all integrated so as to develop a real information system. From operation needs to system plan, it is to present details about design and implementation. And the future research is proposed.
