摘　　要：从总量上来看,长三角地区跨国公司投资与国内资本形成之间存在着直接或者间接的互补关系,资本挤出效应并不存在;而从产业层面上看,跨国公司投资在一定程度上挤出了行业内中资企业的投资,并且行业内的挤出效应具有一定的时间趋势性。In terms of aggregate, there exists a directly or indirectly complementary relationship between the investment of multinational corporations （MNCs） and the formation of domestic capital in the region of Yangtze River Delta, with no crowdingout effect. However, in terms of industry, the investment of MNCs in a certain degree has a crowding-out effect on domestic capital within the industry. Moreover, the crowding-out effect within the industry has a tendency to last for a certain time.
